“Full spectrum” needs a specification
The term can describe different hardware arrangements. Ask which emitters produce which bands, whether they operate together or separately, and where they sit relative to the user. A spectrum label without those details is not enough for comparison.
Buying decisions are still practical
A far-infrared cabin may offer broad carbon-panel coverage at lower cost. A full-spectrum model may add directional, higher-intensity emitters and controls. Decide whether those features justify cost and electrical demands for your use.
Do not convert wavelength marketing into medical certainty
Research on general sauna bathing does not automatically validate every claim made for a particular infrared wavelength or consumer cabin. Approach disease, detoxification, calorie, and cellular claims cautiously unless the exact claim is supported by strong human evidence.
